1) How long does it take you to process an order?
It takes us about 2-3 weeks to process your request. However, keep in mind that it may take even longer during the holidays and late autumn.
How long does it take for the package to arrive?
Within Europe, standard shipping takes about 1-2 weeks. However, delivery to the United States and Asia could take up to 2-3 weeks. Express delivery is available for an additional fee, but depending on the country, you will receive your personalized sneakers in 3-6 working days.

Is the design permanent?
The quality of the design is dependent on the use of the sneakers. By taking good care of the pair, the design will stay permanently on them. By destroying or damaging the leather of the sneakers the paint will come off with the leather. All designs are finished with a weather and water proof finisher.
